Premtek Successfully Delivers Its First Locally Manufactured RTP System

Today marks a significant milestone for Premtek Integrated Circuits: the first domestically manufactured Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) system, produced by Manz China Suzhou, has been successfully delivered in Suzhou. After more than two months of joint efforts, this advanced RTP system is officially ready for production, signifying a crucial step in Premtek's journey toward domestic equipment manufacturing.
