Premtek International Inc. was founded in 1988, a professional sales and service distributor for equipments and consumables dedicated to semiconductor, optoelectronics and printed circuit boards industries. Corporate headquarter is near Hsinchu Science Park with two sales and service locations in Kaohsiung as well as Taichung, Taiwan. The main operations center of Mainland China is based in Shanghai with the support centers located in Beijing, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Xi'an. We have experienced sales and service teams to provide customers with fast and high-quality support.
In addition to our own RTP (Rapid Thermal Processing) product, today Premtek currently carries more than 10 product lines from USA, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Canada. Our product applications and solutions covers wafer manufacturing, product engineering, assembly and testing of semiconductor industry, IC carrier, HDI board and flex board of PCB industry as well as LED industry.
